Shipping policy
Shipment will be made during the following 48 hours.
The tracking process is the client’s responsibility. Once the product is sent, or when the product reaches its destination, it becomes the client’s responsibility. LZ USA is not responsible for losses, damage or delays caused by the corresponding courier.
Remember that the application instructions will be given during the pre-purchase advice, even after it, but the application is the responsibility of the client. LZ USA is not responsible for damages caused by misuse and/or misapplication of the products, since the products are designed to give high quality results as long as their application is properly implemented.
